Custom Product Policy

Geniuswigs accepts custom orders so we can meet the specific needs of our customers. Please carefully read our custom order policy before placing a custom order.

Price & Discount 

  • All custom order prices are valid for the current year only.
  • There is no discount for the first-time custom order.
  • Repeat orders with the same style can receive a 15% discount.
  • Triple orders with the same style can receive a 20% discount.

Color Difference

If you customize your color according to photo only, it must be noted that on-screen monitor calibrations may give an inaccurate color representation. And also, please provide us with HD photos from different angles to ensure higher color similarity.

  • 70%-80% color similarity can be promised if we customize the color based on your reference photos.
  • Additionally, when providing a hair sample, the less that is provided, the more inaccurate the color is likely to be.
  • If you send us a sample with enough hair as a reference, we will try our best to make the color 80%-90% similar to your color.
  • Please try to understand that 100% color accuracy is just not possible.
  • Finally, please pay special attention when customizing a curly hair product, color shades will most definitely be altered due to the high heat-coloring process.

Texture Difference

We can customize different textures for you based on photos or your samples. However, please understand that we cannot promise 100% accuracy. Please read all of the following information before you place a custom order.

  • 70%-80% texture similarity can be promised if we customize the texture based on your reference photos.
  • We do the waves/curls by hand. Different people make different waves/curls of the same product.
  • Even if the same person adds waves/curls to the same product, there will be differences in different batches.
  • Different temperatures we use can cause large differences in waves/curls patterns.
  • Wavy /curly hair will be deformed over time. Please try to lay flat instead of hanging.
  • There will be a big difference before and after you comb through the waves/curls.
  • Creating waves/curls on the hair can damage hair and cause color changes.
  • We do not recommend creating waves/curls on light-colored hair.

Please make sure you know all of this important information before you place a custom order. We will do our best to make the product that you are expecting.

Cancellation

  • There is no extra fee for cancellations on custom orders placed within 24 hours.
  • It will incur a 50% handling fee for the cancellation on orders placed within 7days.
  • After 7 days the order is not eligible for cancellation.

 

Return & Exchange 

Custom orders are NOT available for any exchange or return.

About Hair Products

Q: IS YOUR HAIR 100% HUMAN HAIR? WHAT IS THE GRADE? WHERE ARE THEY FROM?

A: We are selling 100% virgin remy human hair, which is natural and nice. It is 100% human hair, and top virgin hair.

Q: IS YOUR WIG/HAIR GETTING TANGLED OR SHEDDING?

A: It could be caused by dry hair. Please make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. If the hair is wavy or curly style, we don't suggest combing it. If you have to, please comb it with your hands or a wide-teeth brush gently. A tight teethbrush will ruin the hair's original shape and make it fizzy and feel like a tangle! Please always comb the hair from the ends and work your way up. When sleeping, please bond the hair with an elastic band or wear a cap. It will avoid tangling or shape-changing. After waking up, please remove the band and comb through beginning at the ends and working your way up to the roots.We do not recommend swimming with the wig. It can put too much stress on the hair and create unmanageable tangles. As well as this, pool chemicals and salt can damage the hair and affect color.

Q: Can I Re-color/cut/style my hair?

A: Absolutely YES! All geniuswigs' hair products are made from 100% human hair and can be cut, colored and styled as if it were your own. You can darken it, lighten it, lay it to the side or make it shorter, but remember just like our own hair, your human hair requires a good maintenance routine to keep it looking fresh and vibrant. Q: IS YOUR WIG COME IN BLEACHED?

A: Our lace wigs are already bleached based on the guarantee of the hair not shedding. If you need more bleaching, then you can contact us.

About Payment

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept many kind of the payment methods, like PayPal, afterpay and Credit Card. We also accept Western Union and bank transfer payment methods. If you have any payment problems, please contact with us: service@geniuswigs.com.

Q: CAN I USE TWO COUPON CODES IN SAME ORDER?

A: No, one order only can use one code.

Q:Why did my payment fail?

A: If your payment for an order has failed, please check it is not due to the following situations: Card security code failed Please note that an incorrect card security code could cause payment failure. The card security code is the short numeric code on the back of your credit card. Please verify that you have entered the correct card security code and try again. Insufficient fund If you meet the insufficient fund error log when you make a payment by credit card, please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account and that payment for your order does not exceed your credit limit. Exceed limit Please make sure the order amount does not exceed your credit card limit. Or the payment is unable to go through smoothly.

Q: How Can I Track My Order?

A: Log into MY ACCOUNT to view the status of your order. Track your shipment by using the tracking number provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped. You cannot track your order before it has been shipped.
